Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Specialist to engage potential customers and assist them with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone to facilitate sign-up and onboarding
• Assess the needs of potential customers and guide them towards successful platform usage
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with the customer service manager to ensure quality service

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales
• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
• Shift availability from 11am - 8pm EST
