Own and lead the entire sales function, from strategy to execution
Define and execute the sales vision and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Executive Team
Build and scale the sales team, hiring and coaching high-performing sales talent
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or ad-tech sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Understanding of AI and machine learning as they apply to digital advertising and fraud detection
Deep knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, including publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and exchanges
Experience working across multiple time zones and regions, particularly APAC and LATAM
Self-motivated and results-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and pursuing goals relentlessly
