Role Overview:
The AVP of Business Strategy and Execution will work closely with the Chief Information and Strategy Officer to develop, manage, and execute strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires a unique blend of data analysis, project management, technology expertise, and industry knowledge to effectively align business objectives with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Leverage data analytics to drive strategic decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and assess business performance.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Demonstrate ownership of problems and deliver practical solutions.
- Vendor Management: Create RFPs, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage vendor relationships to achieve business goals.
- Mortgage Origination Expertise: Apply knowledge of the consumer-direct mortgage origination process to optimize strategies and operations.
- Performance Marketing and Data Science: Collaborate with teams to develop and refine performance marketing initiatives and data-driven strategies.
- Leadership and Communication: Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and team members. Drive alignment and collaboration across the organization.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and innovative approaches to overcome challenges and achieve results.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience with demonstrated career growth and measurable impact.
- Technical Expertise: Background in information technology, software engineering, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, driven, and capable of managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and data science principles.
- Familiarity with the consumer-direct mortgage origination process.
- Mindset:
- Highly collaborative and team oriented.
- Demonstrated ownership of problems and proactive in delivering solutions.

- Location: Must reside in the U.S. and work East Coast hours.

Compensation:
Target annual compensation for this position is $120,000 to $175,000.
