We’re hiring a high-slope business generalist to support our growth and drive operational excellence
You will work closely with the CEO as a thought partner and generalist member of the leadership team, taking the lead on special projects and performing a wide variety of roles before we’ve hired for them (e.g., growth, marketing, customer success, product management).
This role reports to the CEO and is onsite at our office in Manhattan.
Day-to-day you will:
Build and maintain a companywide cadence of operational excellence, designing and running processes that enable us to grow quickly while holding a high bar for quality throughout the team.
Run leadership team meetings, helping ensure all teams within the company are moving with urgency and focus towards the right goals.
Help build out our hiring strategy, craft JDs and interview loops, and assist with sourcing and evaluating candidates across all business functions.
Develop sharp customer personas and use them to inform optimal pricing, packaging, and messaging.
Collaborate directly with the CEO on key documents (JD’s, strategy memos, investor updates, etc), acting as sounding board for making key decisions.
Work closely with key customers, serving as a bridge between them and our engineering team and driving project success across company boundaries.
Sharpen every description of our value proposition, product, and services in close collaboration with engineers, account executives, customers, and advisors.
Brainstorm alongside engineers, account executives, marketers, etc – and reliably ensure ideas turn into actions.

Are exceptionally organized and comfortable juggling many projects at once
Excel at structured communication and thinking
Have enough technical skill to write basic Python scripts, or equivalent
