As a Seasonal Associate at The Americana at Brand with Alo Yoga, you'll be integral to our customer engagement expertise, helping meet sales and operational goals. Your role includes greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting with inventory, and maintaining a welcoming store environment—all while closely aligning with Alo's mission of mindful movement.

To become a Seasonal Associate at Alo Yoga, you should ideally have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales environment, alongside a passion for exceptional customer service. Physical capabilities to lift and move up to 50 pounds and a willingness to be active throughout your shift are also essential components of this role.

As a Seasonal Associate at Alo Yoga in Glendale, CA, you are expected to work up to 20 hours per week based on business needs. Shifts generally last a minimum of four hours, and availability during the holiday season Blackout period is mandatory.

The Seasonal Associate base pay at The Americana at Brand with Alo Yoga is $17.00 per hour. Additionally, there are opportunities to enhance your compensation through the company’s Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
