WFS Certified Delivery Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Associate to support a major enterprise project with expertise in Workforce Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and integration of Workforce Software modules (Scheduler, Time, and Integrations)
• Gather and document functional requirements for Time & Attendance and Job Scheduling
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to standardize current timekeeping processes

Required Qualifications

• WFS Level 2 Certification
• Certified in Job (formerly Advanced) Scheduler
• Certification in WFS Integrations and Time modules
• Hands-on experience with WFS configuration and requirements management
• Familiarity with NGI training standards preferred
