Voice of Customer Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems & Operations Consultant to help operationalize its Voice of Customer program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement VoC workflows to track customer OKRs, meeting outcomes, and performance metrics
  • Develop training materials and enablement tools for internal understanding and adoption of VoC processes
  • Establish governance and reporting structures for ongoing performance tracking across platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Deep experience in operations or enablement roles supporting customer experience or strategic programs
  • Strong background in process design and change management in a B2B SaaS or managed services setting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and workflow tools like ClickUp
  • Systems-thinker with the ability to create repeatable structures from ambiguity
  • Bonus: experience with VoC or client outcome-focused programs
