Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst III (EDI) to manage client requests and optimize claims processing workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client requests and customize access to products using EDI and Web Services
  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Perform testing, analysis, and reporting to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare analysis with a focus on claims processing
  • Comprehensive understanding of EDI, HIPAA protocols, and healthcare IT
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with reporting tools and project management software
