For a few years, we have been CPGs’ best-kept secret, but now, we want to step out of the darkness and into the light ✨. As we continue to expand from startup to scale-up, we are seeking a dynamic Demand Generation Specialist to join our passionate team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing / Demand Generation Specialist to shape and execute our marketing strategies with a focus on brand development, events, and content. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with our commercial team to drive lead generation, build pipeline, and boost conversions. Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation: Collaborate with the commercial team to create and manage campaigns that drive lead acquisition, conversion, and ultimately, revenue. Tactics available to deploy are:
Events Strategy: Develop and execute an events strategy that includes webinars and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Content Strategy: Design a comprehensive content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, videos, demos, case studies, and social media to engage prospects and nurture leads.
Brand Development: Implement a look and feel that resonates with our target audience and differentiates VST in the market.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive overall business growth.
Hands-On Execution: Be directly involved in the creation, design, and delivery of marketing materials, campaign execution, and event planning.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role within the retail technology, market research, insights, or SaaS industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of brand development, content creation, and event management. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. we use HubSpot).
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and an eye for design.
Analytical Mindset: We’re data nerds here at VST, therefore expect a data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively across different teams and departments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Flexible Working: We like being in our office (London, near Old Street station) 2-4 days a week or with clients, but we’re aware that great work doesn’t have to be done in the office. You do you. As long as the results are there, you can be flexible on hours worked, office working, and holiday time.
