Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality lesson plans and manage materials using AI tools
• Load lesson plans and student-facing materials into the online tutoring platform
• Observe tutoring sessions to improve lesson materials and provide feedback to tutors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing data-informed lessons for grades 6-12, especially in 7th and 8th grade Math
• Strong vision for high-quality lesson materials in Math and ELA
• Experience using AI tools in educational settings
• Highly organized with the ability to meet complex deadlines
• Experience working with students from low-income backgrounds and early-career educators
