Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Dean of Admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze admissions processes and performance indicators to achieve departmental goals
• Provide coaching and training to team members while fostering a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and conduct annual performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience, with a BA/BS degree pursued within 2 years
• 2-4 years in a consultative service industry as an individual contributor
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a consultative service industry preferred
• 3-5 years of admissions experience, with at least 3 years in a higher education/admissions management role preferred
• Proven track record of achieving results and delivering excellent customer service
