Enrollment Services Associate - job 1 of 2

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Services Associate who will ensure prospective and enrolled students receive accurate information and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students, providing accurate information about educational programs and services
• Manage workflows for outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through to matriculation
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact with students

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required, Bachelor degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume customer service experience
• Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
