Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute operational strategy

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in operations, PMO leadership, or program management
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Expertise in process design, change management, and operational scaling
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimization
