Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships and manage procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers
• Issue, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring production timelines are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on delivery schedules and product quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, supply chain, or operations
• Experience with contract manufacturers in supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceuticals
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and procurement processes
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management software
