Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Budget & Contracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and ensure timely execution
• Generate site budgets based on approved country budgets and research medical procedure costs
• Coordinate contract tracking and ensure compliance with legal standards and internal processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent scientific/commercial Higher Vocational education
• 2+ years of budget/contract negotiation experience at the CRO level
• Experience in the healthcare field, pharmaceutical industry, or clinical research preferred
• Solid understanding of standard contract language
• Experience with managing contract tracking databases
