Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and user-focused documentation for internal teams and customers
• Own content creation from start to finish, including gathering input and driving timelines
• Monitor and support knowledge improvement through gap analysis and feedback gathering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Library Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field
• Experience with standard documentation and change management tools such as Jira
• Familiarity with operational processes in a fast-paced environment, especially in consumer banking or financial services
• Self-motivation and results-orientation
