Fort de notre diversité, nous comptons aujourd'hui près de 170 collaborateurs qui participent au développement de notre activité. C'est une équipe à taille humaine, mais nous sommes fiers de faire partie du groupe Veolia.

Description du poste

Au sein de Birdz, la BU Eau France a pour mission principale le développement et le déploiement des offres et des solutions digitales autour du télérelevé des compteurs d’eau permettant d’optimiser la gestion des réseaux d’eau. Nous recherchons un(e) Data Analyst avec une spécialité en marketing pour collaborer au sein de la Direction du Développement. 

Le/la Data Analyst intègre le pôle Marketing dont le rôle est la création, le développement et la promotion d’un catalogue d’offres liées à la gestion des réseaux d’eau potable en particulier le télérelevé des compteurs d’eau. Le télérelevé, en suivant les consommations, permet de fournir de nombreuses informations tant pour les consommateurs que pour les opérateurs afin de préserver les ressources en eau. 

De plus, l’équipe Marketing est en charge de la mise en œuvre de la commercialisation et de la gestion des processus de fonctionnement interne du cycle de vie client (d’un prospect à un client). 

Vous aurez pour missions de : 

● Participer à la recherche de données pertinentes pour alimenter les processus opérationnels et la prise de décision marketing. 

● Effectuer une veille régulière sur le marché, les tendances et les comportements des consommateurs pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités. 

● Consolider les données provenant de différents systèmes informatiques (CRM, site web, outils de suivi de capteurs, outils de facturation, etc.) afin de garantir leur cohérence et leur fiabilité. 

● Analyser les données collectées pour extraire des insights et des recommandations stratégiques pour l'équipe marketing. 

● Mettre en place des tableaux de bord et des visualisations de données claires et compréhensibles pour faciliter le suivi des performances et la prise de décision.

● Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe développement (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) pour valoriser les données disponibles au travers de contenu promotionnel.

● Mettre en forme des plaquettes commerciales et autres supports marketing.

● Réaliser des infographies ou autres illustrations vulgarisant nos divers produits et modes de fonctionnement. 

Vous rapporterez à la Cheffe de Produit Marketing et devrez interagir au quotidien avec les équipes commerciales, customer success et avec la direction des solutions IoT (Opérations & Applications). 

Qualifications

Savoir-faire :
Formation en sciences des données, statistiques, informatique couplée à une formation initiale de type école de commerce avec une spécialité en data.
Bonne maîtrise des outils et des langages de data analyse (Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.) et les concepts clés du digital (cloud, big data, traitement de données). 
Vous savez analyser et mettre en forme des jeux de données avec des outils de Datavisualisation (ex : PowerBi, DataStudio,Tableau, Looker Studio).
Capacité à travailler avec des grandes quantités de données et à les analyser de manière rigoureuse.
Aptitude à communiquer de manière claire et concise les résultats des analyses réalisées.
Capacité à créer des visuels et à y transformer les idées selon le brief et en adéquation avec la charte graphique.
