Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to bridge our marketing and sales efforts. This role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate product promotions, in-store events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials, brochures, and pitch decks.
• Manage customer outreach and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Track and report on the success of marketing and sales campaigns.
• Assist with inventory planning and ensure promotional materials are always up to date.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing and sales coordination (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign results and customer data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools like Canva or HubSpot.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
