Utility Dispatch Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Utility Dispatch Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept inbound/outbound calls regarding damage inquiries and updates
• Complete claim entry to a database with damage and location information
• Monitor field personnel and communicate effectively regarding safety and operational updates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Currently enrolled in high school, high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to use web-based database tools
• Must be organized and able to handle a high volume of calls
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team contributor
