Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer operations, field service coordination, or a similar CX role
• Proven ability to resolve escalated customer issues efficiently
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency with Slack, CRMs, and spreadsheet-based tracking
• Experience in mentoring or training peers is a plus
