Job Summary

A company is looking for a GCCS Outbound Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and ensure policy accuracy
• Collect first premium payments to activate life insurance policies
• Assist with correspondence, error corrections, and special projects involving outbound calls

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience or professional environment experience
• Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license preferred but not required
• 1+ years of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
• Demonstrated mathematical abilities and proficiency with a computer
