A company is looking for a Training Operations Senior Manager to ensure the quality of processes, systems, and training for successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the delivery and measurement of training programs and associated systems
• Lead operational excellence projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency across training operations
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of experience managing operations, preferably in training, education, or health/safety fields
• Strong knowledge of process optimization practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience working with external partners and B2B clients is preferred
