Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Coaching and Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Directors of Product Growth to execute coaching and leadership strategies
• Design and deliver resources that enhance leadership strategies and coaching competency
• Build and oversee a tiered coach certification program to improve coaching quality

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in coaching through group training and one-on-one development
• Strong systems thinker capable of building scalable growth structures
• Experience running a publication as a franchisee, understanding the AD journey
• Metrics-driven with the ability to translate coaching into measurable results
• Experience coaching ADs and leading other coaches in similar environments
