Key Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience through job rotations in various financial roles
• Collaborate with mentors for weekly reviews and learning opportunities
• Engage in practical training related to client service, wealth management, and portfolio balancing

Required Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CFP program or have passed the CFP exam
• Ability to work remotely full-time, managing personal workspace and health needs
• Availability to work full-time during Pacific time zone hours
• No prior experience in client generation or sales required
• This is a paid W2 position with eligibility for 401k and profit-sharing after one year
