• Provide in-person and virtual training to clinical team members and develop training materials
• Facilitate new clinical hire training and coordinate compliance training updates
• Track training completion and document areas of concern for trainees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related clinical field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training clinical roles
• Experience in developing training content and materials
• Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical industry
