Indirect Channels Training Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Lead, Indirect Channels & LMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, role-based training for distributors, resellers, and channel partners
• Design comprehensive learning pathways and leverage adult learning principles for effective training
• Serve as global administrator for the LMS platform, managing user access and content management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or instructional design in MedTech or B2B industry
• Proven track record managing LMS platforms
• Experience training indirect channels or distribution partners is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools is a plus
