Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and ensure effective follow-up on outstanding cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry advancements to offer accurate support to customers.
• Strive to meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Engage in training sessions to improve product knowledge and enhance service skills.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the technology sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
