Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to complicated client inquiries and collaborate with management across departments to ensure resolution
• Analyze escalations by providing detailed reports on drivers and root causes, including monthly data analysis
• Generate weekly trending reports for management, highlighting issues, root causes, and potential solutions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proficient understanding of Hospital Revenue Cycle Services
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
