Servicing Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing Oversight Specialist to manage manufactured housing loans in default.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison with manufactured home community operators during the default lifecycle
• Collaborate with Collections and Loss Mitigation teams to coordinate account status updates and inspection needs
• Order, track, and review field inspections while monitoring indicators of abandonment and occupancy issues

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, default management, or collections, preferably with chattel loans
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple inspections and updates concurrently
• Familiarity with default servicing milestones and processes
• Experience using servicing platforms and inspection vendor portals is a plus
