Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose technical issues effectively and provide timely resolutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our support management system.
• Educate customers on the features and functionalities of our products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Create and maintain user-friendly support documentation and FAQs in German.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service roles is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Technical knowledge of technology products and services is preferred.
