Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients
• Assist with technical inquiries and troubleshooting through various communication channels
• Offer guidance and effective solutions for product-related issues
• Accurately document client interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to continually improve service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training initiatives to enhance product knowledge
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor with clients
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide optimal support

• Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken
• Proficient in English
• Good understanding of IT systems and applications
• Experience in customer service or IT support is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs
