Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Greek-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the overall customer experience.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer support technologies is a plus.
