At The Athletic Clubs, we train in squads. Our unique approach to training provides high-quality, results-driven group fitness training for busy New Yorkers looking to improve their health and fitness. With an emphasis on community and accountability, our programs create an environment where members feel supported and motivated.

Membership costs are $295/month with an initial 3-month commitment, then month-to-month after that. Our group training programs stand out for our structure, accountability, and retention rates, helping members achieve pronounced results that go beyond typical fitness programs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Membership Advisor to handle the full sales cycle for our growing number of locations. This is a new position that will help scale enrollment across all five locations and future expansion. The role will include qualifying leads, booking appointments, and closing new clients. You’ll be responsible for selling group fitness memberships to a demographic of competitive women (65%) and men (35%) ranging from 25-35 years old in New York, and future cities across the US. This is a 2-way qualification sales process—meaning only truly committed people are enrolled, leading to high retention.

  • Annual OTE $120-150k 
    • Monthly OTE (On-Track Earnings): $11.5k - 13.2k per month
    • Base salary: $36k annually / $3k per month
    • Commission 10% of total cash collected for the first 3 months of each new membership.
    • The compensation is designed to incentivize long-term member retention as well as initial enrollments.
