The CourtAvenue Group Director, Client Operations takes ownership of their projects to ensure products and services are successfully delivered (e.g. against scope, cost, time, quality) and maintained through the application of program management methodologies and business operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing client-focused initiatives with an emphasis on commerce, shopper marketing, and digital shelf processes. The Group Director will ensure all projects align with client goals and support overall business growth. This leader will be responsible for the definition, implementation, and evolution of business processes and continuous improvement activities in line with the PMO.


The Group Director, Client Operations will lead the process for communication, project, product, and development lifecycles across the client. This role will oversee the delivery of complex client projects, including leading scopes, cost estimation, risk and resolution, status reporting, and ensuring  seamless execution to meet their commitments to clients. 


Responsibilities
  • Manage agency performance and maintain strong client relationships day-to-day
  • Identify strategic business challenges and opportunities, while serving as a trusted partner in effective solution implementation
  • Develop internal account plans, engagement strategies, and applicable client proposals that leverage CourtAvenue’s capabilities and best practices 
  • Communicate key client objectives across teams, establishing performance metrics to align with goals
  • Serve as the resident expert in the client’s industry, providing insights on the competitive playing field, products, services, trends and digital positioning
  • Champion cohesive team environments that are open and collaborative with the ability to create energy and excitement around ideas 
  • Coordinate integrated activities across agency partners, departments, and disciplines to move client business from concept to production to launch 
  • Leverage internal financial reporting to ensure efficient workflow of the team and profitability goals are met
  • Assess and recommend successful strategies for building efficiencies, streamlining operations and enhancing the value of the agency to the client 
  • Pay sharp attention to detail to ensure agency work follows best practices and leading technologies
  • Professionally manage a variety of engagements while being held accountable for deliverables that are on-time, on-budget, and high-value that drive  client growth 


Qualities and Characteristics
  • 8+ experience in running large accounts, working with senior stakeholders, and successfully organizing, managing, and delivering a diverse range of innovative projects
  • Strong background in collaborative agency models, bringing various external teams together to successfully bring cohesive campaigns to life
  • Proven ability to build and develop client relationships and communicate seamlessly across functional teams 
  • Ability to bring together all internal agency departments to solve complicated client challenges 
  • Entrepreneurial attitude partnered with a strong business acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills; confident in strategic discussions and presentations with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellence in organization and management; conscientious, adept at resolving issues at all project stages, while supporting colleagues and clients


$135,000 - $155,000 a year
