This role is crucial in driving efficiency, enhancing data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional teams in making data-driven decisions. As our Revenue Systems Manager, you will play a key role in managing our tech stack, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Analytics teams. Your expertise will help us scale our revenue processes while ensuring compliance, automation, and alignment with our business goals. What will you do?
  • System Administration & Optimization:
  • Administer, configure, and manage CRM and CSP systems (HubSpot and ChurnZero) and integrated sales and CS tech stack tools (Outreach, Gong, UserGems, etc.).
  • Identify areas for process automation and drive system enhancements to improve data integrity, efficiency, and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and manage system updates, integrations, and new tool implementations.
  • Create and execute the technical roadmap to support current and future growth initiatives, with an eye towards scalability, performance, and compliance.
  • Integration & Data Management:
  • Ensure seamless integration of revenue systems, including customer data management and optimized workflows
  • Maintain data integrity across platforms by establishing data governance policies, and cleaning, enriching, and normalizing data.
  • Facilitate data migration projects when necessary, ensuring accuracy and minimal disruption to revenue operations.
  • User Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key revenue system troubleshooting, user support, and permissions management
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on processes, data flows, and system configurations.
  • Support cross-functional projects that impact revenue generation, customer lifecycle management, and business growth.


What will you bring?
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue operations, business systems management, or a similar role within a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of managing and enhancing revenue technology stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Customer Success Platforms, Automation Platforms, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms and ability to customize workflows, fields, and data integrations.
  • Experience with API integrations and third-party platforms to create seamless data flows between systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Knowledge of revenue forecasting models and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
