Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Manager - Employment Practice Liability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mitigate risks associated with employment practices
• Handle EPL claims, including investigation and resolution up to trial
• Provide insights to business partners regarding avoidance and mitigation of EPL

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 or more years of experience in employment law, risk management, or insurance related to employment practices
• Preferred: Master's Degree
• Preferred: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
