Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with nurses, physicians, and caregivers
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails to de-escalate and troubleshoot issues for customers
• Update consumer profiles, process prescription refills, and submit electronic insurance claims

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; 3+ years preferred
• Must have a current TX State Board of Pharmacy Technician License within the first 30 days of employment
• Ability to handle a large number of inbound calls
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Understanding of basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions
