Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support for IT needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support for IT inquiries from employees and contractors
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding IT tasks, including account creation and training
  • Manage help desk ticket support, ensuring timely resolution and communication
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a Microsoft-based help desk environment
  • 1+ years of experience in planning and conducting IT trainings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and user administration
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Pega, ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred in a relevant field
