Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, Loan Officers, and other stakeholders
• Review and submit customer loan applications to the Underwriting team efficiently
• Gather necessary documentation from customers and prepare loan files for closing

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
• Experience in handling confidential information and exercising independent judgment
• Proficient in utilizing Encompass and Microsoft Office Suite
