A company is looking for a Call Center Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
• Manage workflow by coordinating with technicians, vendors, and customers for service needs
• Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests related to billing and other inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
• Experience in accounting, billing, and/or credit preferred
• Must be available to work an 8-hour shift during business hours
• Willingness to participate in training and work remotely after training period
