A company is looking for a Telephony Portfolio Manager to oversee telephony products and projects in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on telephony products/projects and align initiatives with business goals
• Coordinate business case creation for Experience sub-portfolio initiatives
• Track initiative movement from ideation through planning, ensuring measurable key results

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product and program management
• Experience in business case development, including crafting OKRs
• Background in digital strategy and/or healthcare product management is a plus
• Telephony experience, with Amazon Connect experience being advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
