Key Responsibilities

• Own the Live Ops execution for a top-performing Hybrid Casual title
• Act as the main point of contact with external studios to ensure smooth collaboration
• Plan, schedule, and analyze live events, promotions, and content releases to enhance engagement and revenue

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Live Ops, Production, or Game Operations in the mobile gaming industry
• Solid understanding of game economy, user engagement, and retention strategies
• Experience managing cross-functional teams remotely
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans
• Bonus: Experience with Hybrid Casual or Casual/F2P games
