Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Pharmacy Product Owner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the product portfolio and collaborate with stakeholders and teams to meet market expectations
• Manage product releases and the continual development of existing products while validating proposed solutions through market research
• Oversee product backlogs, coordinate workshops with users, and conduct product training for partners and staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification required upon hire
• 8 years of experience in business analysis, development, or related fields, or 6 years as a product owner with agile knowledge
• Preferred experience in healthcare and an advanced degree
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management implementations
