Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Laboratory Informatics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the LabVantage Lab Information Management System (LIMS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lab operations focusing on automation and efficiency
• Define and track KPIs to identify future product opportunities and analyze data for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically in lab operations software or LIMS
• Strong to expert knowledge of LabVantage LIMS
• Experience in building and implementing LIMS in an NGS lab
• Prior clinical laboratory experience is preferred
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and build rapport with stakeholders
