Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier technical support to customers via phone, web, and email
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and maintain communication regarding request statuses
• Act as a customer advocate to resolve high-priority issues and gather feedback for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience required
• 1-2 years of experience in software support or a related position
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass nationwide Criminal Justice Information Systems background clearance
