• Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and company physicians, facilitating handoffs to Tier 2 IT support
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and specialists to coordinate consults and ensure timely patient care

• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication tools
