Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative (Bilingual Portuguese Required).

Key Responsibilities

• Overachieve quota tied to territory renewal and expansion goals
• Proactively engage with customers to educate them on new products and close renewals
• Manage inbound renewal inquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both Portuguese and English
• 2-4 years of full life cycle sales experience required
• Completed an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Alpharetta, GA
• Proficiency in Windows or Microsoft Office
