Together we will:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the successful launch of our new product, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends;
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target demographics and develop tailored messaging that effectively engages and motivates our audience;
  • Craft compelling brand stories that articulate the unique value proposition of our new product, fostering strong emotional connections with potential customers;
  • Coordinate multichannel marketing efforts across social media, email, and events;
  • Build and nurture a vibrant community around the brand by engaging with customers on social media, encouraging feedback, and facilitating user-generated content.

What you will need:

  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Demonstrable experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or VP Marketing (4+ years);
  • Experience in launching blue ocean products;
  • Experience in marketing of a technical product;
  • Experience with US, EU markets;
  • Experience in both B2B (important!) and B2C segments;
  • Experience of team management;
  • Knowledge and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Google Tag Manager);
  • Experience with PPC;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Creativity and attention to detail.

Would be a plus:

  • Passion for art and IT;
  • Work experience in a digital agency;
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting;
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts;
  • Experience with various platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.);
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel);
  • Excellent organizational skills.
