Starlink Dispatch Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Starlink Dispatch Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real-time work orders and maintain updates in the work order management system
• Support daily operations, handle inbound dispatch calls, and assist technicians during installations
• Maintain communication with technician offices and provide order status updates to internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the satellite or telecom industry
• Experience dispatching or routing technicians nationwide preferred
• Familiarity with U.S. geographic regions and route planning using Google Maps
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Five9 preferred
