The team focuses on data driven analytics and cross functional collaboration to enhance product assortment, store operations, and overall retail experience at Oracle Park. About the Role:
The San Francisco Giants are seeking a dynamic Retail Strategy Manager to shape the future of Giants Retail and MLB licensed merchandise. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between the Giants and our retail partner, Fanatics, Inc., driving collaboration to optimize existing retail operations while identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities. Working cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing and Advertising, Ballpark Operations, Digital Media, and more, you will play a key role in enhancing the retail experience and fostering fan engagement. Beyond retail operations, you’ll contribute to marketing initiatives that deepen fan affinity and strengthen the connection to Giants baseball.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: A solid educational foundation that supports strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
· Proven Retail Leadership: 5–7 years of hands-on retail management experience, with expertise as a buyer or overseeing multi-store operations.
· Comprehensive Retail Knowledge: Proficient in Retail KPIs, Retail Math, Inventory Management, and Open-to-Buy planning to drive performance and profitability.
· Collaborative Product Development: Experience in creating product collaborations and Special Make-Up (SMU) items that resonate with target audiences.
· Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
· Exceptional Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and communication abilities to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
· Relationship Building: Adept at fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
· Project Management Excellence: Highly action-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
· Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
